There is no existence of a will or thumb-printed document” Mohbad’s management debunks his father’s allegations, issues out a PSA

The management of late singer, Ileriouluwa Oladimeji Aloba well known as Mohbad, has debunked reports of a will by his father, Joseph Aloba.

Taking to the late singer’s Instagram page, his management made it known that there is no will, neither is there a thumb-printed document. His team urged his father and others to refrain from sharing false and misleading statements.

In the press release, the team gave an update on his case, revealing that Police Authorities have inducted the investigation and have communicated the autopsy results from samples sent overseas, but it will take months before they are shared.

His management further revealed that all his accounts were immediately put on a Post No Debit order on the 12th of September, 2023 and the order remains valid till date. It would be however handed over to the family upon resolution of the internal dispute.

“No members of Mohbad’s management or his Lawyer have communicated the existence of a will or any such thumb-printed document (as has recently been FALSELY reported) to any member of the family or the public.

” We would like to state with certainty that if any such document did exist, it would have been duly registered with the Probate Registry. We therefore plead with everyone to refrain from sharing false and misleading statements like this.”

All accounts owned and controlled by Imole during his lifetime were immediately put on a Post No Debit order on the 12th of September, 2023. This order remains valid till date. These accounts will be properly handed over to the family upon resolution of the internal dispute”

It was reported earlier that Mohbad’s father had raised questions over his late son’s will, questioning a 26-year-old could have done a thumbprinted will. He expressed disbelief at how his son, who was well educated could do a thumbprinted will, rather than sign it.

Challenging the will, Joseph Aloba stated that he believes the document was doctored and is fake. He also pointed out how a lawyer was present at Mohbad’s house, and not even a doctor when the news of his death broke out.

This came a week after he made a strong allegation against his son’s wife, Wunmi, and lawyer, Femi Falana, alleging that his life was being threatened by them. Crying out for help, he claimed that he didn’t know where to live as Wunmi and Femi Falana were threatening to eliminate him.

Speaking out on his death, his father had accused his son’s widow wife, of being unfaithful and even putting sleeping pills in his noodles.

He claimed that Wunmi was sleeping with one of the singer’s signees and revealed the major reason why he doesn’t trust her.
