The Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon. Akinwole Akinleye, has congratulated the Secretary to the Oyo State Government, Prof. Musibau Babatunde, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a distinguished administrator and respected scholar.
In a statement issued through his Chief Media Aide, Ogundipe Miracle, Akinleye praised the SSG for his intellectual depth, administrative competence and unwavering commitment to public service. He noted that Babatunde’s experience and strategic insight have significantly enhanced policy coordination and governance delivery in the state.
The council chairman further commended the celebrant for his role in advancing the vision of Governor Seyi Makinde, stating that his professionalism and leadership skills have contributed to the smooth execution of people-oriented programmes across various sectors.
Akinleye also acknowledged the SSG’s efforts in fostering synergy among government institutions and critical stakeholders, a development he said has strengthened institutional effectiveness and promoted sustainable growth at both state and grassroots levels.
“Your discipline, consistency and passion for excellence in public administration remain worthy of emulation. As you mark another year, we celebrate your invaluable contributions to the stability and progress of Oyo State,” he stated.
He concluded by praying for good health, greater wisdom and continued accomplishments for Prof. Babatunde, expressing optimism that the SSG will record even more impactful achievements in service to the state and beyond.
