Akinyele Council Boss,Hon Akinwole Akinleye Swears In Additional Supervisory Councillors and Special Assistant, Charge them to be diligent in their duties.

The Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon Akinwole Akinleye has officially sworn in four additional Supervisory Councillors and One Special Assistant to strengthen his administration. The appointments were approved by the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde.

In a statement released by the Chief Media Aide to the Executive Chairman, Ogundipe Miracle, Hon Akinwole Akinleye charged the newly sworn in appointees to see their appointments as a call to duty and urged them to work hand in hand with the Team to move Akinyele LG forward. The names of the newly sworn in appointees are as follows:

Supervisory Councillors:

  1. Adeyemi Bukola Abosede
  2. Adio Olaoluwa Simeon(JP)
  3. Muhammed Rasheed
  4. Bola Hamzat

Special Assistant:

  1. Pastor Adeleke Rasaq A.

The swearing in ceremony was well-attended by notable dignitaries, including the Vice Chairman and Political Head, Akinyele South LCDA, Hon Sakiru Akintunde, Leader of the House, Hon.Rafiu Kolawole KK and other Councilors, Akinyele LG Chief of Staff, Hon Adeyemi Aderinwale, Oyo State PDP Financial Secretary, Hon Dayo Opatokun, Hon Kunle Oyeniran, Ward 5 PDP Chairman and Chairman of Ward Chairmen, Akinyele PDP Vice Chairman,Hon Lateef, Supervisory Councilors and Special Assistants, Party Leaders and Stakeholders, Party Faithfuls, well wishers amongst others.

Hon Akinwole Akinleye congratulated the new appointees and urged them to commit themselves to the collective vision of delivering good governance and impactful development to the people of Akinyele Local Government.

The Chairman emphasized that their inclusion in his administration signifies the commitment of Governor Seyi Makinde’s government to ensuring equitable representation and improved service delivery at the grassroots level.
