Peter Obi wins Delta state with 341,866 votes

The presidential candidate of Labour party, Peter Obi, has been declared the winner of the presidential election conducted in Delta state last Saturday, February 25.

According to the results released by INEC, Obi polled a total of 341,866 to edge out his closest rival PDP’s Atiku Abubakar who polled a total of 161,600 votes while APC’s Bola Tinubu polled 90,183 votes to come third.

The candidate of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso, came distant fourth with 3,122 votes.
