The Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayero, on Monday has commissioned the Cancer and Cardiovascular Disease Diagnostic and Treatment Centre located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The monarch is one of the guests who the Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike, invited to inaugurate projects.
The medical facility was named after a former governor of the state, Peter Odili.
