Southwest Zonal Secretariat: Hon Akinwole Akinleye Lauds Gov Makinde, Extols his leadership Qualities

The Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon Akinwole Akinleye, has commended Oyo State Governor Engr. Seyi Makinde for putting in place a state-of-the-art office for the PDP in the Southwest, in honour of the immediate past chairman of the party in the Southwest zone, Chief Soji Adagunodo.

Hon. Akinwole in a statement made available to the public through his Media Aide, Ogundipe Miracle, praised Governor Makinde’s visionary leadership, which he said has transformed the political environment in Oyo State.

“Our principal who is the The Architect of the Modern Oyo State, Governor Makinde’s uncommon foresight has institutionalized politics in a way that promotes unity and effectiveness among party members. The magnificent party house, commissioned today Saturday, 2nd November, 2024, is a significant milestone in party politics across the south-west zone of the country, and this is the first time a political party will have a permanent edifice of this caliber at the zonal level in the Southwest.”

“This office is not just a building; it is a symbol of our collective aspirations and commitment to serve the people of south-west, as a formidable force to reckon within political circles. This is also another factor that emphasize the love and cohesion among party Leaders, Stakeholders and members Which has propelled the party to this achievement. This new office will also enhance the party’s operational efficiency and strengthen its presence in the region. Only a Visionary Leader like our Principal, The Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde can do this and we are proud to have him as our Leader”.

Hon Akinwole Akinleye described the building complex as a welcome development and congratulated the Party in the South west and Nigeria as a whole for this project which he said would serve as a morale booster for members of the Party.
