Group drums support for Osinbajo

A socio-political organisation , Nigerian Development Front (NDF), has appealed to the All Progressive Congress (APC) delegates nationwide , to vote for Vice- President Yemi Osinbajo, in the coming party’s Presidential Primaries .

Mr Charles Adeyemi, the group’s president , gave the advice while speaking with journalists in Osogbo .

Adeyemi explained that the Osinbajo had shown competency and focused in carrying out the nation’s assignment with various remarks that can be beckoned on .

According to him , the choice of Osinbajo would be of great benefit for the party and the nation at large , looking at the vast experience he had achieved compared to other presidential aspirants .

” Osinbajo understand the country’s challenges more than any aspirant and will hit the ground running from day one.

” Delegates should consider the state of the nation over their pecuniary gains and vote for osinbajo being the best in knowledge, first hand experience, both national and international diplomacy.”

Adeyemi appealed to party delegates nationwide to replicate such gesture by choosing him during the party’s primaries.

The NDF president further said if Osinbajo emerged as the party’s flagbearer in the 2023 presidential election , the VP would ensure , adequate security, economic diversification, infrastructure development, and anti-corruption crusade , among other developmental agendas .

Adeyemi, therefore , said NDF is already engaging stakeholders in southwestern states and other parts of the country towards ensuring that Osinbajo emerges as the party’s flagbear in the coming Presidential election 2023 .
